What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between a client (the coachee) and a professional called a coach.
The aim is for clients to achieve their goals and succeed in their personal or professional life.
Coaching is a form of individual or team support that, through listening and in-depth questioning, helps you through a given period in your life.
The essence of coaching is that the clients find their own solutions, facilitated by the coach.

How does it work?
A coaching session is based on mutual trust. It is based on listening, questioning and using different tools depending on the client’s objectives.
During the first coaching session, we will go through the coaching code of ethics.
We will then discuss your motivations to take up coaching, and the questions you ask yourself, in order to define your targets.
At each session, objectives will be set.
Your coach will use different methods to help you reach your goal.
The coach will show you how to tap into your own resources and use them as assets in your daily life.
This will enable you to move forward in the direction you want.
