My vision
CLEEN is a specialized form of brief coaching. It instantly, easily and definitively treats all negative emotional reactions and inhibitions of thought or action which block a person’s potential for success.
CLEEN is an emotional cleansing technique for dealing with emotional hyperactivity.
It frees us from pressure situations in which a person loses his or her ability to cope, such as public speaking, stage fright and blocking, but also other emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, trauma…
My coaching will help you to:
Free yourself from pressure situations in which a person loses his or her nerve, such as public speaking.
Better manage emotions such as anger or sadness, so you can deal more calmly with the unexpected.
Free yourself from fears and phobias such as stage fright, blocks and traumas, enabling you to gain self-confidence.

Have you ever experienced anxiety, a disabling phobia, unexplained physical pain or difficulty in letting go that plagues your daily life?
How does a CLEEN session work?
A session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours.
We will begin with a discussion that enables me to identify the negative emotion you wish to free yourself from.
We will then work on the emotion and the physical sensations.
We will highlight the evolution and sensations it brings about in you.
Using adapted coaching methods, I will help you to let go and reconnect with yourself.
Can I keep my CLEEN a secret?
During a CLEEN session, the coachee can choose not to verbalize the negative emotion they wish to free themselves from. In this case, we’ll do a Secret CLEEN.
The result will be the same, and the protocol used will be just as effective as a verbalized CLEEN.
How will I know my CLEEN has worked?
In the case of an emotion such as a phobia, fear, anger… when you are faced with the situation again, you will no longer feel stress, frustration or anxiety.
You’ll feel more serene and make better choices in your daily life.
