NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

Work with me

« If what you’re doing isn’t working, do something different. »

– Synelle Snoeck

Neuro-Linguistic Programming

My vision

NLP is a pragmatic approach to applied psychology.

It aims to foster the individual’s personal development and enables a solution-oriented approach to be used.

NLP is the art of modeling excellence, a technology of functional communication.
It focuses on how humans function in a given environment, based on their behavioral patterns.

In short, NLP is a way of life.

NLP is used in a variety of fields, including brief therapy.
It is also used in therapy sessions, hypnotherapy, coaching and professional development.

My coaching will help you to:

N

Manage stress and anxiety, and boost your self-confidence.

N

Regain control at work and achieve your goals.

N

Free yourself from frustrations and help you improve your relationship with your partner.

N

Restore balance in your life through illness.

N

Communicate more effectively and manage conflicts better.

N

Unblock certain situations by intervening on logical levels (environment, behaviors, abilities, beliefs, identity).

Still, have doubts?

« Nothing imprisons you except your thoughts. Nothing limits you except your fears. And nothing controls you except your beliefs. »

Marianne Williamson

Have you ever wondered about how to look at the world and life?

How does an NPL session work?

A session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours.

We will begin with a discussion that enables me to identify the issues you wish to discuss.

I will ask you a series of questions to determine your objective.

We will highlight what is important to you and what you need.

Using the tools at my disposal, I will help you remove your unconscious blocks and encourage behavioral change within yourself.

What are the contraindications to NLP?

There are no specific contraindications to NLP.

What is neuro-linguistic programming?

NLP is based on basic principles, also known as “operative beliefs”.

Postulates are derived from observation and experimentation and have empirical value.

The first and best-known NLP postulate is Korzybski’s (philosopher, linguist and engineer) assertion that “the map is not the territory it represents”.

This postulate is the starting point for NLP thinking since it brings out the fact that our perception of the world, made possible by our senses, is subjective.

The founders are Richard Bandler, a mathematician and psychologist, and John Grinder, professor of linguistics.

Starting from the idea that our behaviour is structured, they begin to model the way we act and help us to be more in tune with those around us.

« Very interesting, constructive, and above all a very good follow up. »

« Thanks to Synelle, I was able to explore my inner workings as if I were analyzing myself. Programming has changed my way of thinking and doing, so that I can live happier and more easily. »

Auriane

« I didn't know where to start to solve my suffering and problems, so Synelle invited me to start by making the change I wanted, so that this experience would open a path for me. Once the mechanism had been set in motion, I was certain to begin other repairs »
